Terms and Conditions: General
- All clients need to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time for necessary administration works. Please note that should you arrive late for your appointment the therapist will attempt to provide as much of the treatment as possible in the remaining time allocated for your appointment.
- A minimum of 50% deposit is required for all appointments who make booking for services to the value of R200.00 and above.
- Only clients receiving treatment will be allowed in treatment rooms. Any person accompanying the client will remain in the reception area.
- Cell phones may only be used in the reception area. If for any reason the cell phone needs to be switched on, kindly have it in silent mode.
- The safety of personal belongings is the responsibility of the client. Neither the management nor staff shall be held responsible for loss or damage to any of the client’s personal belongings.
- For bookings on Fridays and Saturdays a deposit of 50% is required to confirm booking.
- For bookings on Sunday’s and Public Holiday's full payment is required to confirm booking.
- Group bookings must be paid in full, 5 days prior to service.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of issue. Gift vouchers purchased for the month of the specials are only valid for that period. If the voucher expires, 50% of the voucher value will be forfeited.
- Cancellation not made within 48 hours of booking will forfeit their deposit of 50%, as our therapists are especially scheduled for you and that clients redeeming voucher will forfeit 50% of their voucher value.
- Health spa guide vouchers booking will not be confirmed unless a deposit of 50% is made by Health spa guide.
- Prices subject to changes without prior notice and so are the terms and conditions.
- Request for Packages made to suite your Individual needs will require advance notice especially to allow therapist to plan and set-up. Changes to these plans will be accommodated but would require your patience and co-operation.
- Payments can be made by credit-card or direct internet deposit. Confirmation of payment has to be made via Fax to 086 503 3284 or e-mail info@kimayaspa.co.za to confirm bookings.
- The right of admission is reserved.
